The exhibition "KADEX-2012" will become a platform for a new business partnership - the head of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan

ASTANA. February 7th. KAZINFORM - The Ministry of Defense of Kazakhstan - the organizer of "KADEX-2012" is in full swing preparing for the exhibition, the press service of MO OK reports.

In the period from May 3 to 6 this year in Astana the second Kazakhstan International Exhibition of Armament and Military Technical Property "KADEX-2012" will be held. In August 2011, the order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Karim Massimov to hold an exhibition of weapons and military technical equipment "KADEX-2012" was published. In accordance with the instructions of the Head of the Government, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan informed about the upcoming exhibition of the diplomatic mission of foreign countries in Kazakhstan and sent invitations to official delegations.

The flights of the special planes of the heads of delegations over the territory of Kazakhstan, their landing at the airport of Astana, and then the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic, together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, will provide the flight.

The issues of law enforcement and movement of delegations during the exhibition will be in charge of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan. The Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan ordered by the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan to provide informational coverage of the exhibition in the media.

Today, over 180 companies and enterprises have applied for participation in the exhibition. Among them are both foreign and domestic manufacturers of military and special purpose products. The organizer of the exhibition, Astana-Expo KS, continues to receive applications for participation.

The main sections of the exhibition will be the directions: "Armament and Military Equipment of the Ground Forces and Naval Forces", "Special Purpose Means and Property", "IT Technologies, Systems and Means of Communication", "Rear and Technical Support of Troops", "Aviation and aircraft armament ". At present, a testing ground is equipped specially for the exhibition, where some samples of foreign technology will demonstrate their capabilities.

During the exhibition, meetings of the Business Council under the Interstate Commission for Military and Economic Cooperation of the CSTO and the Coordination Council of the CSTO Member States on advertising and exhibition activities will be held. A number of meetings of the Minister of Defense of Kazakhstan, his deputies, heads of structural divisions with representatives of foreign companies producing weapons and military equipment are planned. It is also planned to hold a scientific and practical conference at which the prospects for the development of the defense industry complex of the republic will be discussed.

On the first day of the exhibition, the official part is scheduled with the participation of distinguished guests, including foreign delegations. The participants will be shown a demonstration of modern military equipment used by the Ground Forces and the Air Force of the Kazakh Army, as well as tactical actions of special forces units. Flight aerobatic groups will conduct demonstration flights.

Simultaneously with the exhibition, a festival of military orchestras will be held, within the framework of which there will be plans for not only concerts of the Central Military Band of the Ministry of Defense of Kazakhstan, but also military bands from Great Britain, Germany, China, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine.

Addressing the exhibition’s web pages to the participants and guests of KADEX-2012, Kazakhstan’s Defense Minister Adilbek Dzhaksybekov expressed confidence that KADEX-2012 will reveal even more facets of cooperation between the armed forces and defense industry enterprises and will create a platform for new business partnerships and expanding the scope of activities and cooperation.

The exhibition "KADEX-2012" will be held on the eve of another major event in the life of the army - May 7, 2012. The Armed Forces of Kazakhstan mark the 20th anniversary of their formation.

Recall that the first exhibition "KADEX-2010" was held two years ago, also in Astana. KazSpecSexport, the authorized body of the Ministry of Defense for the export and import of weapons and military equipment, concluded over 20 agreements, contracts and contracts worth more than 1.5 billion tenge as a result of the KADEX-2010 exhibition.
