The fourth protocol on introducing amendments to the Agreement on the basic principles of military-technical cooperation between the states parties to the Collective Security Treaty of May 15, 1992.
States - members of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, hereinafter referred to as the Parties,
guided by the need to improve the mechanism for implementing the Agreement on the basic principles of military-technical cooperation between states - the parties to the Collective Security Treaty of May 15, 1992, signed on June 20, 2000 (hereinafter - the Agreement),
agreed as follows:
Article 1
Article 2 of the Agreement shall be supplemented with the following paragraphs:
"Prices for military products are set in accordance with the national legislation of the Party supplying military products (performing work, providing services), regulating the pricing of military products purchased by national armed forces, other troops, military formations, law enforcement agencies and special services own needs.
In the case of military products are not purchased for their own use by the national armed forces, other troops, military units, law enforcement bodies and special services of the Parties, which supplies military products, the prices are formed the subjects of military-technical cooperation in accordance with national legislation which provides the military products of the Party that regulate pricing for military products when performing deliveries in the Internet resah national armed forces, other troops, military units, law enforcement bodies and special services. At the same time, such deliveries of military products are subject to the same provisions of this Agreement as to the supply of military products on preferential terms.
Authorized bodies of the Party supplying products on preferential terms, if necessary, provide, upon request of the authorized bodies of the Party interested in purchasing military products, written confirmation of compliance of the terms and conditions of the draft contract (agreement) for the supply of military products with the provisions of the Agreement, including prices . "
Article 2
This Protocol shall enter into force in accordance with Article 14 of the Agreement.
Done in the city of Minsk on November 30, 2017 in one authentic copy in Russian. The original copy is kept at the Secretariat of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, which will send each state that has signed this Protocol its certified copy.
